Text messaging program

SurFlo Notifications (SMS)

SurFlo sends automated text messages to customers and installers who opt in: account verification codes and updates about quotes and jobs (for example, "quote ready", status changes, and visit confirmations).

  • How you opt in: inside the SurFlo app you add your mobile number, verify it with a one-time code, and turn on "SMS notifications." Consent is recorded with a timestamp, and is not a condition of purchase.
  • Message frequency varies, based on your account activity (recurring messages).
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • To opt out: reply STOP to any message, or turn off SMS notifications in the app.
  • For help: reply HELP, or email support@surflosolutions.com.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We collect your mobile phone number only to deliver the verification codes and notifications you opt in to receive. We record your opt-in (number, timestamp, and consent version) to honor your preferences and for compliance.

We do not sell or share your phone number or your SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are used solely to operate the SurFlo Notifications program described above.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or by turning off SMS notifications in the app. To request deletion of your information or ask a privacy question, email support@surflosolutions.com.
